A vibrant beach escape awaits

The hotel’s prime location right across from Ponta Negra Beach is a highlight. The breakfast buffet, particularly the waffles, was an unexpected delight. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The music poolside was quite loud throughout the day, making it hard to relax in our room. Also, the lighting in the rooms could use a softer touch for a cozier atmosphere.

Our stay was delightful, enjoying the beautiful beachfront with panoramic views and relaxing at the outdoor pool. The staff was helpful, and my teenage daughter loved the great breakfast selection each morning. Perfect spot for family fun in the vibrant city.

My wife says that the elevator service could be faster.

The beachfront location is unbeatable, right in front of Ponta Negra Beach. My Two-Bedroom Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxation after a day out. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. Freshly made omelettes and tapioca added a delightful personal touch. Staff were accommodating, promptly cleaning my room at convenient times. However, the elevators are slow, creating frustrating waits during peak times. Charging for tea and instant coffee was unexpected, as these usual inclusions in most hotels. Though the pool area looked appealing in photos, it felt smaller in person. Still, it was nice enough for a dip. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation, but some aspects could improve for a more seamless experience.
